Biography
Chris Baldyga (born Christopher Joseph Baldyga on December 3rd 1977) grew up in Fairfield, CT. Growing up, Chris wanted to be a professional wrestler and be on the radio. After graduating high school, Chris briefly went to college for mass communications before deciding to drop out and work full time. Shortly after, he discovered a professional wrestling school near his hometown and decided to sign up. It was there he developed a wrestling persona known as The Iron Eagle. The premise of the character was based off his last name sounding like bald eagle and the 80's movie Iron Eagle. The Iron Eagle's wrestling attire consisted of a flight suit, aviator glasses, and a world war like leather hat with his wrestling gear underneath. During his 12 year career as an independent professional wrestler, Chris decided to attend the CT School of Broadcasting where he learned about radio broadcasting.
